Candles by Cleo will accept your returned candle(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery and if:
(1) The original invoice/receipt accompanies the candle(s) when it is returned.
(2) The candle(s) are in new, unused condition and contains all of the original product packaging and labels as originally provided at the time of purchase.
(3) You have emailed our customer service department and they have provided you with a return authorization number. Customer service can be contacted at [email protected]
Once you have received your authorization number, include that number and your invoice/receipt with the product for return.
Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs and we must receive the product in good order/unused as outlined above. We will not accept damaged product for return.
Refund: Once received, Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for the complete processing of your return. We will refund the candle(s) cost, excluding shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee, based on how the purchase was made.
Credit card purchases will be credited to your credit card account.
Gift returns are credited to the original buyer and not to the gift recipient.
